This one deploys a bold chocolate flavour that lets you know at first spoonful that it would like to extend a hand and make a proper introduction. To be slightly more specific, Joakim â our product development lead â says it tastes like a frozen creamy ganache of chocolate, without any malty/chocolate milk powder distractions. And that’s straight from the guy who created it, not website-writer-person marketing hype. So when you taste it, feel free to whisper ‘Thank you, Joakim’ or, you know, whatever feels natural.
What’s Amazing
Take the carton out of the freezer and start scooping away. Yes, the ‘sitting out on the counter’ step has been innovated out of the vegan frozen dessert equation. Welcome to the future. (Pretty sure Joakim had something to do with this, too.)
A list of the non-amazing things a product doesn’t contain will, by the laws of marketing speak, end up in the ‘what’s amazing’ section. Like this: No dairy, no soy, non-GMO.
What might be less amazing
So we think it is less amazing that the laws of the land say we have to call this product ‘non-dairy frozen dessert’ which is a pretty vague and slightly ridiculous name when you know what it is, and we know you know what it is, and once you taste this vegan, cold and creamy, um, ‘non-dairy frozen dessert’ made from oats, you’ll find that the words you-know-what just naturally appear in your brain, leading you to call it by its rightful but highly illegal name anyway. It’s cool though, we’ll go with vegan ‘non-dairy frozen dessert,’ but we just wanted to address the ‘large grey mammal’ in the room and let everyone know we know you know we know what this stuff really is.
We only use what we really need to and we are proud of all our ingredients. For instance, without stabilisers / emulsifiers, the coconut oil and water would separate and you would not be here reading about a non-dairy frozen dessert on this webpage; in fact, this webpage wouldn’t even exist. How sad for everyone.
