Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil
500g lean chicken breast, diced
1 head of broccoli (200g), cut into florets
1 red capsicum (160g), sliced
1 Kan Tong Teriyaki Stir Fry Meal Base
1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
1 cup dry rice
Method
1. Heat canola oil in a pan and add chicken. Cook until brown.
2. Add broccoli and capsicum and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add contents of pouch and soy sauce. Stir-fry until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot.
4. Meanwhile, cook 1 cup of dry rice and serve with your Teriyaki Stir Fry.
